Dr. Chiara is an outstanding physician. He is knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. Prior to my partial thyroidectomy, he took time to explain my condition, details of the surgery and what I could expect during the recovery period. The surgery went smoothly, and after pathology results came back, he again took his time explaining the results and long-term outlook for me. I would highly recommend him. His staff were all friendly and helpful as well.

I was referred to this ENT office due to my daughter’s nose issues. Today we got antibiotic cream to help her nose however the wait time was ridiculous! I had to pull my daughter out of school for this appointment and we even arrived 25 min early and still waited an additional 30 min so almost a full hour just to be diagnosed in 2 min. Doctor was okay just kind of stand-off ish. Office was so small and stuffy and waiting that long was pretty miserable considering another patient had a horrible cologne on that made the entire lobby reek! The office was very clean and the front desk was very helpful. However the complaint i had for small unknown bump in the back of my throat, the dr. performed a rhinoscopy while in the office and didn't see what i was feeling but jumped to removing my tonsils, and "if it was still bothering you will go from there" I declined the procedure went back to my primary and found a infection that was causing my "tonsils" to be inflamed, "not inflamed per primary doctor." Sometimes Surgery isn't always the answer.. but money continues to flow..
