Noe's Barber Shop 2 is a great barber shop with kind barbers. Customers recommend making an appointment ahead of time to avoid waiting. The barbers do a great job on haircuts, even for those with thin hair. The shop has a nice seating area for those waiting. However, the elevated cutting surface may not be accessible for everyone.
