Let me start by saying I was very happy with the outcome of my braids. I thought them to be very neat, and very even, Although I was not too happy with my arrival and finding out, my appointment was not the quoted price I was told over the phone. I felt that whoever I spoke to was very evasive with the pricing I also was told hair was included, I don’t think it’s fair to the customer to quote them one price via phone call then have them wait all the way until their appointment day to tell them the price is going to be three times what you were told and you will have to pay additional fees for the hair. just be sure to get precise pricing before you make the appointment....read full review

My 1st time at this salon. And they treated me with much respect. My hair was braided beautifully within 3 hours. I think I found my new place to get my hair done.Thank you Queens.

There ladies are fast. Fatima and Charlotte did our hair and they were pretty good braiders. My daughter had individual knot less and they were beautiful. I tried the goddess braids but it wasn’t as finished as I would have liked.
