Honestly, I'm not so sure what these people have such a low rating for. At least for my case. I'm a reckless person when it comes to caring for my own glasses and these people have no issue with me coming back here every 2 weeks at most. I always feel welcomed when I enter that building and never thought otherwise. Thank you nationwide for being my eyewear caretaker. I'm happy to be your customer! As I'm writing this review, I'm going to make my way over there today.

I’ve been taking my kids here for 2 to 3 years and the best part of this location is Shawn the optician who gives my kids the excellent service he treats my kids very well and always makes the best suggestions on their glasses. He has also repaired some of my Kids glasses, he’s very nice and you can see that he does his work with pride. Thank you so much, Shawn. Keep Doing a fabulous job.

I bring both my children here. The staff and Shawn are amazing and helpful. Been here 2x getting my kids glasses fixed with no problem. And now I'm back for the 3rd. Shawn was helpful and fixed the issue. And here he is offering a little girl Crayons and a coloring page to keep her entertained. So thoughtful n kind.
