Excellent people and service!!! I have been going to the location at 1252 S Signal Butte in Mesa for the past 2 years. I recently purchased another pair of glasses and both Andrew and Rainn were extremely helpful in answering my questions. I have also worked with Mary, the Manager, and Alan, the Assistant Manager, and they have always been great. Also I can't say enough about Dr. Baldwin. His exams are very thorough and he really wants to make sure that I don't have any eye issues going on! Thanks to everyone!!!
Everyone was very polite, from the front desk to the optometrist. Responded promptly to me as I waited in and took very good care of me while I took the exams and ordered my glasses. Answering all my questions and giving direction during the exams professionally and being thoughtful throughout.
The staff here are most helpfull and always friendly. Doc explained contacts to me so my expectations were set before I ever received them and I was quite happy. Now I bring my kids her too.
