Every time I have had an eye appointment here I have had great experiences with the student doctors! It can sometimes be a pain dealing with the front desk when calling to make an appointment but don’t let that dissuade you from coming here. They have always been helpful and explain everything really well!

5 stars for the exam. I needed both a new Rx for glasses and a medical eye exam for some concerns. The student was great and the Dr overseeing my case was informative and descriptive without being too medically confusing.

2 stars for the optical gallery. Staff were less than enthused to help, no support when I was browsing, everyone seemed to pawn me off to someone else so I ended up giving my insurance info to multiple different people. My glasses arrived after about 2.5 weeks with a scratch on the lens. Never should have gotten passed quality inspection. Reordering lenses took 3.5 weeks. The student I saw who completed my eye exam was great. But I wasn't billed for the service at all until 363 days had passed from the time of the appointment, and the bill that was sent out had incorrect information on it about how the bill could be paid.
