Maxon Air has been coming to my house almost 10 years. They have done several minor service calls, as well as a full replacement of units. I have come to know that they are honest, knowledgeable, and they treat customers like they want to be treated.
I had an issue with my older struggling to keep up in this heat. Called Maxon Air, they were able to come out the next day to diagnose the issue. I ended up deciding to go with a new unit and 2 days later it was fully installed. They did offer to come out sooner but I declined. Great service all around.
Josh, the technician serviced the air conditioning unit. He was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. He notified me ahead of time as to approximately when he would be arriving. And he arrived at that time. I would highly recommend Maxim Air, based on this service appointment.
