    I didn't know what to expect but I have been pleasantly surprised by Zack's skills as a trainer. I've had other personal trainers before and have had memberships to box gyms, bootcamps, and public gyms but as I near fifty, felt i needed a different style of training. Zack has been able to help me gain 10 lbs of pure muscle with just 30 min a day workouts, and giving me back a gift of time in my already busy life schedule.     I have been training with Zach for the last 9 months and have added over 20 lbs of muscle. I've struggled with working out consistently since I got out of the Marine Corps.
