Trying to get a hold of people is very difficult. I have reached out several times by phone and via email. My son had his senior graduation pictures taken by Life Touch and I never got them, the senior class of 2024 got their pictures and not my son. I will never order pictures from them again.
Several times they have put my children's portraits under a different students name. This time I have to wait and hope they find my child's kinder promotion portraits. I'm very disappointed with this company and what they have become!
Trying to get ahold of these people is extremely difficult. My son had pictures thru this place and the ID given on the paperwork won’t pull up his photos for ordering. This is the most difficult time I have had ordering pictures. Both online chat and calling go absolutely nowhere.I’ll remove this review once I’m actually able to get help.
