Went back to Suzette for a second cut, as I liked the first one she gave me. Totally different experience the second time-she hacked my hair, it looks like an overgrown, 70's shag! Now, I have to wait for the choppy layers to grow before I can get another cut. I dont understand why some stylists are so inconsistent!? In addition, part of good salon experience for me is the shampoo. She has long, fake fingernails, so dont expect a good shampoo with scalp massage. I'm sure there are good stylists at Penneys, just dont know who they are!

Had a day to myself so I thought I'm gonna get my hair done! Went to Jc Penney's and asked if they could get me in. Girl at the reg said sure. I asked that they not give me anyone that was new because last time I got my hair colored ( at a dif salon) she turned my hair pink. So she switched me to a dif girl. I went to get products while I waited and another worker was stocking and started to help me, she took me back to the reg to ring me up and another worker told her that the person that was gonna do my hair would get the credit.( Kinda seemed like they might butt heads...Well I guess she didn't like that, so she switched my stylist. I hate going to the salon, but Deon was so good to me, I will never feel that way again! He listened to me and took the time to cut and style my hair the way I wanted it. I am so pleased! Thank you, Deon. You will never know how much it meant to me.
