Sarah is highly knowledgeable and an expert in her field. Such a relief to have an expert validate and understand the mechanism of your pain instead of just labelling the pain as 'muscular' and offering analgesia as a solution. Instant improvement after initial treatment. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone who is struggling with pain.
Sara was amazing. From the moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed and listened to about both my hip and headaches with no judgement that I’ve found from other professionals. Within the first consultation and session, a plan had been put in place and my pain was starting to ease. Less than a month later and my pain has reduced to almost nothing, I haven’t had any headaches since that first session and I can’t be any more thankful!
