Sara was amazing. From the moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed and listened to about both my hip and headaches with no judgement that I’ve found from other professionals. Within the first consultation and session, a plan had been put in place and my pain was starting to ease. Less than a month later and my pain has reduced to almost nothing, I haven’t had any headaches since that first session and I can’t be any more thankful! Had the most amazing consultation, manipulation today with Dr Sara. I’ve been suffering with a trapped nerve for months. Sara carefully explained every step of the way what she was going to do, and what would happen to me and how I’d feel during the examination. Although it isn’t a quick fix, I felt a sense of release and less tight afterwards. I was shown some exercises to do at home and will be going back Thursday for another session.
