All the ladies were very kind, easy to talk to and engage with and honestly cared and made me feel worthy. Some places just want you in and out as soon as possible and want your money.. I didn't feel that way at all here. And my cuticles were taken care of and a little hand massage at the end. And a mini water bottle given to me during! Also I did not call ahead, took a chance on a week day late afternoon time. My nails turned out beautiful too. Thank you!

The place was clean. I was helped right away without an appointment. The lady was nice, but a bit hard to understand. I had gone in originally for a basic pedicure and some waxing. I was talked into the $45 pedicure, which I agreed to. However, when I they charged me at the end, I was charged $50. I assumed that was a mandatory tip since I did not agree anything more than $45 on the pedicure. I never got the waxing done. They just got too busy. By the time I left, all 3 workers were working on someone, with my pedicure lady working double time. I will return if I am ever in the area again.

It's my second time here, and they know how much I adore them. Always a fantastic talk and mood. This time, I got a new year's color with my little boo initials on my nails. My experience has always been excellent, and I hope for the best.
