I started working out here last April and it was honestly the greatest decision I've made! Having a set schedule, skilled trainers, and overall good vibes made it easy to sign up full time! Almost a year later and I still can't get enough. I'm feeling as good as I did in college and completely transformed my life for the better. I needed a good kick in the ass and the trainers here were more than up for the challenge! Almost a year here and I can't see myself stopping anytime soon. If you've been kickin' the tires on flipping your lifestyle around, stop bye! Vibes are off the charts!!
F45 IS THE BEST! Lucky to have this place as not only a gym, but a community, and I've met many people there I now consider close friends! The workouts are fabulous and the trainers push you in the best way. 10/10 recommend!!!
F45 is great! They have morning classes and night classes that work well with my school schedule. I get a solid, fulfilling workout in 45 minutes and then I'm back to studying. The coaches are great! They help modify workouts to match your fitness goals. They are very knowledgeable and make the classes super fun!
