Dawn was friendly, attentive and really made certain that I was ok with everything she was doing & she would check the picture I had showed her at the start of the appointment. When I called I didn't think I would get one until next week sometime. Well.,.. fortunately for me her last appointment of the day cancelled and I got to get my hair done today. I absolutely freaking love it!!!!! Awesome atmosphere (music), very relaxing. My daughter was very happy the first time she got her hair done. She was smiling from ear to ear. And now we are back for another appointment. Thank you!
