I believe there are no accidents, I stumbled across Debbie's yoga class because it was close to home. I've been going to her classes regularly for over a year and I feel so blessed. Learning how to feel the pose, the proper way to stand and placement of my hands and feet has been incredible. I feel stronger and more confident in my poses than any other class I've been too.

As everyone has correctly stated Debbie is an outstanding teacher. She understands the anatomy of the body better than any teacher I have met and does a wonderful job teaching about the anatomy. Besides being very educated she is so funny, sweet and very caring. She makes you feel welcomed the first time you meet her. If you are lucky enough to live in AZ I highly recommend taking one of her workshops! You will finish the workshop feeling very educated and very inspired! As a yoga teacher myself she is someone I admire and respect immensely and will continue my yoga education through Debbie.
