Today we had our A/C and heating units replaced. The team of Wes, Guy, Teman, and Cooper were very professional and efficient. They called to confirm their arrival time, answered questions and informed me of each step in the process. Seth and Kyle demonstrated the same qualities in cleaning my ducts including accommodating my dog. They changed an overwhelming experience to a very pleasant one.
Update 11/11/24: still using Christian Brothers and still very happy with the service. Every tech I've had come out has been informative, never pushing products and have great communication.
Ask for Chris as your technician if possible. Also Andrew in the plumbing department is great! Friendly, fast, professional. These guys have the friendliest customer service. They are quick to respond, explain all work and quotes in detail and are never pushy or up sale. Can't recommend them enough.
Five Stars and each one well deserved. I awoke to cold water. Oh no, heater out. Called the emergency number for Christian Bros at 6:10 am. They answered the phone, listened to my problem and promised a call back around 7:00am. As promised, they called back, set an appointment and had my new water heater in place before noon. Amazing service. All personnel were extremely professional and helpful. Special thanks to our tech/installer Alfonso for outstanding service and professionalism.
