They do great work there, and do indeed care about our wellness. I do recommend this facility and Dr.'s. My only qualm is with the dehumanizing redundant, "what's your date of birth," question from every staff member. I do NOT fault them, however, because staff has no say in policy. This of course isn't the only medical facility that asks these questions. Its just unpleasant. At least to me. In regard to the previous paragraph, do not let that qualm I have cast any doubt in the great work that they do. That was just in hopes medical boards may take notice and see things from other peoples perspectives. Many thanks

Had my first appointment with MAYO, the PA was Brandon Berry and nurse Nicole (I believe). They were on time, polite, efficient and friendly. Checking in went pretty quick. I did not wait long to be taken back. Having just retired myself from healthcare.......35 years worth, I appreciate their time. I always try to remember to be on time, I know that they are getting pounded with patients and demands. Thank you both for your hard work. You rock and I'll see you in six months.

Stephanie Pinello is phenomenal. Whether it's for an annual check-up, or for something more specific, she has become my go-to medical provider. She's timely, empathetic, and takes the time to really understand your needs. When making a treatment plan, she puts you first and it shows. So grateful to have her as my NP! Would give her 10 stars if I could.
