Came here to use a gift card that I had given my mom, who has passed. She liked coming here. Got the pedi, presented the gift card and a $10 tip. Was told it EXPIRED. It’s worth nothing? Really? Pedi was fine. Just poor customer service. Paid $30 for a no frills pedi. $10 tip (which I gave with the card that was not accepted.) Disappointing.

The lady that's does eyebrows did a wonderful job and so did the lady that did my pedicure. The guy that did my nails was rough and when cut multiple fingers with the nail file. When he asked what I would like, I told him and al he said was "No". Even though he had the product. Half my nails look good and the other half look okay. I will not be going back here to get my nails done again.

Last month I came one day for full set and they said they don’t have the material just because they’re close 30 minutes after.It’s just around my home so today I came for refill and they said don’t have time for refill ? seriously I don't know if it's rasism or bad luck
