I did not attend this office because they don't accept my insurance; however I felt I should leave a review because the receptionist answered my call on the first ring! She was helpful and kind.

Writing this review as a second time pregnancy patient at this office and have been coming here since I was 14 (10 years) for birth control etc. Dr. Folkestad himself is great. he delivered both of my brothers from my mother. and he delivered my first baby. the front office ladies are absolutely horrific. My husband deals with checking me in etc because they are rude, unhelpful and extremely combative. If you're late to your appointment you better not even try and show up! they'll send you away with your time wasted. however get there early and you'll be sure to wait at least 30 minutes on them to get you back into a room. There was a miscommunication about my appointment time and the receptionist was not willing to help what so ever and had me reschedule. I live 30 mins from the office and took time off work for my appointment. it's the lack of compassion and care for patients. it's lack of understanding that there are miscommunications there are times where something occurs and we are late just like they are late bringing us back into a room. I seriously cannot believe some of these ladies work with pregnant women they are so disrespectful and rude to those carrying a life inside of them. I will unfortunately be finding a new OB. Get some new office ladies!!!!!

I have so much history with Arrowhead OBGYN. Dr.Folkstead delivered my siblings and I and has been our family OBGYN. Now he's delivered my son through C-Section and will now be delivering my second baby who's on the way. The staff is very helpful, flexible and works with you, I have experienced pleasant conversations with them. They make you feel so comfortable and Dr.Folkstead makes sure you are taken care of and all your questions are answered. Everyone's experience is different but I can say I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for myself and my babies.
