First used Jay of AZ Accurate Solar and AC in Jan 2016 to replace our 80 gallon solar hot water tank. It lasted 10 years and now in Jan 2026 I contacted him to replace it again.

I left a message and he responded to my call on the same day and was able to schedule a service call the next day. Jay and his assistant arrived just as scheduled.

We had a solar hot water system that was installed in 1988, so he calculated the cost to upgrade the system with rebates vs just add a new tank vs remove the old solar system and convert to a traditional electric hot water heater. We have been an Arizona Accurate customer since 2015. Our service from Jay and Matt has always been high quality and on time. Most recently, we had an a/c issue. It conked out in late June and Matt came out over the weekend to provide service. Matt advised that a coil needed to be ordered/replaced and he would order the part asap. Meanwhile he added freon to the unit so that we would be comfortable until the repair was done. As it turned out the part was back ordered/unavailable. Over the course of 6 weeks, Matt followed up on the status of the coil and added freon to our unit every two weeks so that we would have a/c. We have been a customer of Az accurate since 2012. Today we had an issue with our ac not blowing cold air. I called and Matt and he arrived within 20 minutes ( so unusual for companies to arrive so quick) . Thankfully Matt was able to solve the problem and he had us up and running within an hour of the call! Thank you Matt!
