Very good work from this company. Billy worked hard to get our air running the same day they received the report. Amy was contacting us at all times to keep us informed of the time remaining to be attended to. First time in 16 years that I have been in this country that I see consideration for the Client from a company. Thanks to you, my dog and we will be able to sleep well because the temperature in Arizona is extreme. Excellent service therefore I give them a 10.

Excellent customer service. Amy was very communicative about the estimated arrival time and constantly updated us when technician was on route. Billy was on time as expected arrival time and was able to fix our AC the same day we made the appointment. They were both a relief to the terrible situation of not having a working AC in the heat of Arizona. Great company and outstanding customer service. -Damian
