Dr. Ruiz is simply 'beyond.' I’ve spent years looking for a vet like her. She is inquisitive, explores every possible option, and you can tell she is truly in it for the animals. Wanted to give the biggest thank you for helping my baby regardless of a holiday called early morning after not finding help over the weekend and recommendation of emergency asap if not seen soon on Monday morning they didn’t even hesitate to check they’re schedule before telling me to come in and the doctors are super compassionate and reasonable with plans with anyone’s budget to help your pets needs and my baby is back to normal health and happy and I couldn’t thank y'all enough for that
I so much appreciate how caring their team is and they work together... they get down on the ground with your pets and really examine them. I had an issue that i did not fully agree with the vet and they stood their ground on what to do and I listened to them and my dog got better. Thx for your confidence and knowledge.
