Of my ~ 100 classes, the majority of them have been with this beautiful soul.Her teaching style is very fluid, despite the set routines in the studio. She does a great job adjusting, communicating, motivating, relaxing (she’s got that ASMR quality), and always starts off with a quote that will seem to speak right to you.She’s easily recognizable with her bring smile, and welcoming demeanor. I have found my yoga family at YogaSix in Gilbert! The staff and teachers are so welcoming. I don't feel like a client there ... I feel like a friend. I like the variety of classes and the times that they are offered, and can usually find a class that meets what my body needs at that moment; energizing, relaxation, stretching. Y6 offers at least one workshop a month which have really helped me grow in my practice. The lighting, heat levels and music during each class enhances the yoga experience. For me, every practice ends with a smile!

Love this studio! I've been to too many yoga classes in the last 15 yrs to count. Their restorative, a Yin type class was just wonderful. It was candlelight, the instructor was great, as was the staff. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable, answer all your questions, and meet your needs. The studio itself has a wonderful atmosphere, is clean, and well organized. Highly recommend, YogaSix Gilbert.
