10/10 - I’ve been seeing Dr. Monica since 2019 when my 2nd baby was breech. She was able to give some great guidance and safe exercises to naturally flip baby and also gave great adjustments to allow enough room for baby to flip. I’ve continued to see her regularly through my last pregnancy and beyond. She’s a great person to see after a cold, stress, etc as she can get your body back in alignment. I feel so much better after each adjustment and feel so “tuned” and light. For the latest adjustment, I asked if Dr Monica could squeeze me in as I was experiencing some mild dizziness. I will start by saying every person at Whole Health is so caring, kind, and down to earth. As soon as you walk in you feel important. Todd and Kayli do an outstanding job at conversing with every single person who comes in, having real interest in conversation with them. I have been seeing Dr. Monica for almost 2 years and it has been the best thing that’s happened to me! I started going when I was around 25 weeks pregnant and I had almost zero pain or discomfort my entire pregnancy. Both of my toddlers also get adjusted regularly and they love it. These people are just PHENOMENAL! We moved to AZ about three years ago and after several failed attempts of finding quality chiropractors who really use their hands to understand what's going on with your body... we found Whole Health Chiro. They are a family business who just wraps their arms around you and makes you feel safe and at home. I felt like I could tell them anything and everything and they truly just want to help.
