Recently, we had our first float in Columbia Illinois. In Illinois, one page participants' info with one sentence disclaimer then here is the room and the pod.
At True Rest Float the orientation, video, and disclaimers are almost silly. Unfortunately, the appointment information doesn't transfer to the disclaimer sheet. Moreover the amazingly patient, and solo, Spa Assistant is interested in discomfort/ pain levels before and after the float.

My experience today was wonderfully relaxing and the staff, Jasmine and Michele, were personable, making my first visit enjoyable.
Being my first float, it felt a bit awkward when I got into the pod. When I began to float, I loved the feeling of weightlessness. After my float, I noticed that my skin was very soft, and I felt centered and calm. I will definitely continue to float.
