I'm a big fan of family-owned, so when it came time to outfit my personal vehicle with warning devices and I had the opportunity to buy a used 970L, I jumped right on it. Despite being almost 10 years old, this piece of used equipment works like new. Unlike other major warning device manufacturers' products, the lights are hermetically sealed and modular, so I have zero moisture problems, even through freezing Ohio winter. I bought new endcaps for the bar and it now looks AND works like new.
