I had a silk jacket with sweat stains around the collar. My aunt told me she had already had it cleaned, but it was still stained. When I went in to pick up my jacket, the clerk said, "They didn't do a very good job on this, I am going to send it back." I didn't even have to ask. Turns out the stains were not treatable. Always greeted when coming in to drop off clothing. Prompt cleaning always. Only problem is the parking lot which is not under control of the cleaners. Five Star rating for quality and extended hours that were added!
