Jesse was amazing the service was very efficient and personable. For it being early they were punctual and super high energy they answered all of the question I had and were truly experts in the field. 100/10
I would highly recommend using Star 48 Restoration! After placing a request for service they came out the next day. They were thorough, knowledgeable and eager to help. They went above and beyond! I will definitely use them in the future.
I had a flood in my home that required Restoration of my entire home. The process was new to me and has been VERY stressful! Star 48 Restoration responded immediately early in the AM and went right to work! Jesse guided me step by step with my insurance company and through each step of the entire process. Jesse has now been working with me for a few months providing services and working on getting me back into my home. NO words can truly describe Jesse's work ethics and his kindness as a person!
