The office contacted me within an hour of my request and we setup an appointment for the next day. I wasn't sure what was wrong with my drip system but every time it went on the pipes in the house started banging (water hammer). Govani was on time the next day. He said it could be one of two issues and he checked out he cheaper of the two first. Sure enough it was the timer. It went bad and was sending uneven current through the system which caused the water hammer effect. He had the exact model on his truck and replaced it in under 30 minutes. I was referred by a neighbor and was very satisfied with their customer service, the technician and overall cost. So many places give you the runaround and don’t follow through, but Sprinkler Doctors was legit. Thanks to Dimitric for a job well done.

We called Sprinkler Doctors because our drip system was flooding our front yard. Before they sent someone out to take a look, we were informed of what to expect in regards to cost and service. Emerson called to let us know when he would be arriving and was very thorough, communicative and professional. He fixed our system and the cost of the service was very reasonable!
