    The front desk staff here is BEYOND rude! At least the main receptionist lady. They have NO check in system for when you arrive and if they're helping someone else, they say have a seat and we'll be with you. But they don't keep track of everyone walking in. So I was next in line, sitting where they asked and when they said next I walked up and she very loudly let me know there was a line....which obviously is a problem if you can't remember whose next then have a better system in place. Next visit. I messed up apt time, and we were late. I had checked in online a few hours prior - which they can see. And they didn't call me to see if I was running late, or wasn't going to make it. When I get in I let them know and she goes oh sorry we marked you as a no show. The other receptionist asked her, will the Dr see them? She responded, I didn't ask, I'm rescheduling. Which in my opinion is beyond rude!! I have 3 kids, and obviously didn't show up late on purpose, it was a mistake that I owned up to when walking in. Also just to try and get an appointment, it took us over 45 minutes to get through.
