We are extremely pleased with our decision to have RMK as out window representative. The windows are superb...got rid of all the screens and now can see the world...they have significantly dampened the exterior noise...installation was very professional and their representatives we very courteous and politely...I would and will recommend them to everyone

We’ve had the windows for about 8 months. The installation process was really smooth and the team was great to work with. We had 7 large windows replaced. Now that the windows have been installed for a bit, they are struggling to shut which is disappointing. Also, while the install was very fast, they didn’t install the windows with the locks all facing the same way (so depending on the window the lock looks locked when it’s unlocked because the lock directions don’t match). Minor detail but it does show they didn’t pay attention to the details when they installed. Wonderful experience all around. We had windows and shutters installed throughout the house and we couldn’t be happier with the result. RMK is the best and came highly recommended by neighbors. Pricing was fair, everyone was polite, and they were always prompt with timing every step of the way. They showed the utmost integrity and actually talked us out of things that would’ve been more expensive because we didn’t need them. You never know with some companies and it’s always a bit of a risk and there’s a fear of the unknown when working with a company for the first time.
