I have been to a lot of pain centers, and this is by far the best!! I would recommend making an appointment here rather any other place. They really care and nobody judges you if you need pain medication. I am always comfortable here.
I found this place through Groupon, and I will keep coming back. The adjustments have helped my back and neck pain along with all the issues that come with TMJ. The massages I get by Chelsea are fantastic. My tension just melts away after I've spent time at Pain and Wellness of Arizona. Thank you to the office manager Alicia who makes sure everything was seamless.
Found this place through Groupon. It is an amazing place. They adjust you and give you a massage. it is a nice setup. If you go take my advice and try and get Calena to do your massage. She is awesome, and very professional. She had me lightheaded because she released so much tension in my back. I had to leave her and the Pain and Wellness of Gilbert 5 stars. And trust me I will be going back to Groupon for another one.
