With five branch offices in the Southeast Valley and Casa Grande, patient satisfaction is a top priority. Reviews highlight Dr. Chu as a compassionate and attentive OB-GYN who listens to her patients and takes her time. Patients appreciate her friendly demeanor and the fact that she engages in conversation rather than focusing solely on her computer. Dr. Tufano and the nursing staff also receive praise for their amazing support throughout pregnancies. However, there have been issues with the billing department, as one patient has struggled to resolve a payment issue for several months.
