All I can say is MARISSA. The only time I get actual help and feel heard is when Marissa is involved. She is so helpful and gets you what you need when you need it, and she actually cares about people! She is on office staff, I wish she was a doctor!
I have been going to the Chandler Office for years recently went to he Gilbert Office and the front staff is amazing!! Super friendly and Very compasonite and extremely caring for the nature of the office. Nice that they have included Mammograms too all in one visit makes it very convenient to do it all in one appointment. Thank you :)
Dr. Chu has changed over the years. She used to be so caring but now she just doesn’t care. When you come in she doesn’t even listen most of the time or disregards what you came in to address. She just brushes it off. I remember having a complicated pregnancy and she wasn’t even that supportive, she just had my specialist do all the work and the sad part is my specialist advocated for me the entire time. I’ll never come see her again. Fortunately there are other great doctors there so I’m changing to one of them, but definitely not trying with Dr. Chu anymore. She isn’t interested in her patients anymore.
