I want to thank Mersy and Jaqueline for their wonderful customer service. I only needed a very small amount of tile for my project and I was treated as if I ordered a large quantity. I also want to thank Luis at the warehouse for his excellent customer service.
I work with Monterrey and their team day in and day out for my "day job" and they are amazing. I hadn't had a chance to use them for a personal project until my pool construction began and I made sure to select a pool company that purchased their tile and travertine through them. I have had a wonderful experience with them and I would highly recommend using them in the Phoenix market.The tile is exactly what I wanted (a hip, exciting, not your average pool tile vibe) and the travertine....you guys--the travertine is so freaking cool! It compliments EVERY color that I have going on back there and it is currently being installed by our hardscaper as I type.... read full review
