Eric showed up on time and got right to work. He had all his tools that he needed and focused on the job till it was complete. He was more reasonably priced than some of the other people who responded to my inquiry. I am going to keep his number and next time I need a handyman I'm going to call Eric.

Eric went out of his way to help me out in an emergency. Our AC/Heater simply stopped working and he made a trip out to check on it Christmas day. Reading other reviews about "reliability" I think these folks just need to learn some patience and understanding. You aren't the only person on the planet and certainly not the most important. Other people need assistance as well. Looking at you Chris P. Though he wasn't able to fix the problem as it seems to be a serious electrical issue that my property management company is sending a different company out to fix, he went well out of his way to repair and diagnose.Definitely highly recommend. He was transparent and explained everything he was doing, on top of communicating clearly and making sure I was taken care of even though he couldn't fix the issue (only because the property management company wanted to send an electrician and AC tech). He pin pointed the problem and was correct on the diagnosis. He was honest in plain language - something people have trouble handling but I certainly appreciated it. Certainly someone you can trust.

He did a great deal for me and with his good pricing and expertise and great service I recommend him to everyone! Such a hard worker and if you're open to it teacher. I will call again!
