I have worked here for 4 years. I love this company. Thay know how to treat a employee. If you are looking for a company to grow and become a master AC technician this is the place. Matt is the new trainer, and boy does he know his stuff. Thank you Hicken Air for making me feel like a part of the family. And Hicken Air is a BIG family. Love this company!

Shawn and Gio provided excellent service. They were prompt, professional, and explained everything along the way so that we understood what had happened to our heating system. Top notch service techs who will put a smile on your face! Definitely will use Hicken Air again and will ask for Shawn and Gio.

Hicken Air has been the best help for making sure our house is the perfect temperature. They’re quick to help, and when it was time for a new unit, Antonio was able to walk us through all the options, as well as giving us amazing tips to better utilize our AC!
