I'm a new patient. My first visit was excellent. The entire experience could not have been better. I highly recommend Dr. Pravongviengkham. I can't remember the last time I had a thorough eye exam. He spent extensive time with me making sure everything was right and he answered all of my questions. Dr. Pravongviengkham is very friendly, attentive, and highly experienced. He actually cares. This office is the complete polar opposite of Southwestern Eye Center which is where I was going for about twenty years prior. I'm so glad I came here. So, refreshing.
My son and husband have a myriad of serious eye issues- Dr. Wood is kind and explains everything. He is extremely professional and really knows his stuff, we will never go anywhere else.
I went in for my yearly exam today and as usual, the staff was very friendly and efficient. The testing/exam is very thorough and Dr Wood takes the time to explain what is going on with your eyes and what might need to be done in the future. I'm self pay, and I think their pricing is very fair! I'd recommend this practice to anyone!
