Dave was great throughout the whole process. Our gas valve went out on the water heater, we had another one shipped to us for free through the water heater company, and needed a plumber to install the part. Other plumbers quoted us $500 to install the new part, or claimed they needed to come out and look at the water heater to give us an estimate, which was outrageous. I called Dave and he immediately gave me a price over the phone, and his price was extremely reasonable for the work needed.
