We are a commercial property located in Mesa, AZ with over 250,000 sf of retail / office space. Jake Stowell of 5 Guys Roofing was great to work with. He and his office were excellent with communication, they followed up with us throughout the service and checked in with us at the job's completion. Their on-site team was prompt, professional and did a really nice job for us. I will definitely use them again.Services: Roof inspection

Amazing Customer Service! After a windstorm that went through our neighborhood, our roof was partially damage. A representative from 5 Guys Roofing (Mark), knock on my door and was offering to provide a free estimate of the damage. He booked a day and time and advised someone will call the day of to confirm the appointment. On the scheduled date,, I received a call from Sam to let me know he was on his way. He arrived within 15 minutes and explain what he would be doing and would provide the estimate by end of day. I received the estimate the next day and had a few questions.
