Always a pleasure to come in for new hardware or for my annual exam. The team is always helpful, from the appointment set up to helping with first timers with contacts and going above and beyond with any request or question. Always come back because of the people here ???
Appointment was at 1:00pm and was seen by optometrist at almost 1:50pm. The person ahead of me was taken back at 1:20pm. Not sure if that is how the appointments work or they were just over booked for only one optometrist working that day. Over all was there for 2 hours. Good visit overall just long initial waiting time.
Dr. Vega is amazing, patient and explains everything thoroughly. I appreciate her taking the time with me, which explains why she was running behind, as she is passionate about making sure the person understands
