This place is my 2nd home! The vibe is always so amazing with kickass coaches, fun people and dope music! If you are looking to make a change in life for a healthier YOU this can be your home too!
I just recently joined F45 about a month ago. I was nervous to commit to a new gym and I had already tried other f45 studios but this one really made me feel the most comfortable and welcomed. They meet you at your fitness level and the entire staff are so kind, encouraging and knowledgeable. The workouts are so so good. I love the mix of cardio and weight lifting. The community is strong and is truly a judgement free environment. I knew after the first class I wanted to sign up for the year!
I’m gonna be honest. If someone tells me I’m paying a hefty gym fee… I wanna see results. I wanna feel like the establishment is worth it. That was one of my first “fears” coming here. I’m here to tell you, if you ACTUALLY show up- it’s worth it. You will see results and you will love coming into the atmosphere. I just did my first challenge with f45 and was really happy w my results. I was at a standstill with my transformation and this really really helped me. Cling to the coaches and they truly will help you. The community here is also another HUGE thing for me. I will definitely be doing another challenge with them as well.
