Rich helped us with a difficult situation with our neighbors whose oleanders had destroyed our shared wall, and they refused to even discuss any type of repair work and insisted everything was fine. It was a long and difficult process (about 9 months), and the neighbors were belligerent and uncooperative throughout the entire process, but we had a favorable outcome and the wall was replaced. Hopefully we never need his services again, but if we do, we’ll definitely contact Rich again!
