Absolutely terrific service. Marcos called me back almost immediately. He was able to find a replacement part and come to the house in less than an hour. He knew exactly what was going and quickly made the repair. He was also very friendly and went out of his way to explain the situation and answer all of our question. Thank you.
I work for a General Contractor in the Scottsdale, AZ area. Efficiency Mechanical has been great. Always on time, very communicative on issues and solutions. The last technician that was sent out, Brian Ruppert, was awesome. He found the issue and knew the solution. We got the parts ordered and scheduled the install all in a timely manner before our clients were back in town. I would highly recommend Efficiency Mechanical To anyone with HVAC needs.
