Douglas came this morning to troubleshoot my electric that was causing my air conditioning to fail. He fixed it, and did it all in a timely manner in the heat, and explained it all thoroughly.

This man is a Godsend! Douglas came out on a Sunday. We had 3 big power surges on Friday that knocked the AC out Saturday. It is so difficult to find somebody in Arizona on a Sunday and in THIS HEAT to come out, trouble shoot, provide explanation to help us understand and fixed this issue.
