“They did a good job cleaning the carpets. The cleaner was professional and answered my questions. I gave 4 stars because the cleaner dumped the dirty water in my front yard instead of in the street and didn’t tell me. It messed up the landscaping by washing away a big spot of dirt and rock. When I saw the dump spot later that evening, I thought a pipe had burst. Gave me a lot of stress until I was able to contact the cleaner.“
