I was a newbie to Pilates when I discovered Tonya at Breath & Body Wellness. The large class sizes and fast pace of other studios scared me away from trying Pilates for years. Tonya made me instantly feel welcome and helped guide me through the moves and flow, giving extra explanation and modification where needed. I went from being to scared to walk into the door to going to class two times a week (and loving it). Over a year later and Pilates keeps me strong, flexible, and sane! Tonya is a great instructor and the smaller class sizes mean I have the freedom to explore and challenge myself, while feeling supported!
