I had Dallin with Baum squad pools install my pool and would not recommend him to anyone. It had not been completed but has had water in it since April 2024. He is very argumentative and defends his every position instead of owning his mistakes. I had a leak that cost me thousands in water bills because it took forever for him to get out and fix it. he installed all pool tile incorrectly with no sealant. My deck is not level with even the drains being installed lopsided. He will tell you any job that is paying more money gets more of his attention. I would not recommend him to anyone!

Buyer beware: do your research first. Dallin will bid for work that he is not licensed for. He underbids other contractors and when he does sub-standard work, he will try to charge the customer more money to fix it. Then he comes unhinged with threats and aggression when held accountable for his errors. He’s had 4 different business names, maybe due to his bully style of business?

Baumsquadpools owner Dallin is the absolute worst once he has your money. Has no idea who you are or which job he is on. He talks in circles. And goes crazy when you question him. I hired them for several jobs for my new pool ( steel, electric, plumbing, pool equipment) I still 3 months later haven't received some items I've paid for. Took him over a month to install my salt cylinder. And he argued and fights with everyone blaming even the inspector for his failure. #pentair please stop allowing him to sell your products.I DO NOT AND WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND baumsquad TO ANYONE EVER!
