Recently had full left knee replacement surgery on Dec 8th, 2025. Within about a week and a half after surgery started looking for a local physical therapy online and came across AzOPT

I fractured my sacrum several months ago. Walking was VERY painful. I have been working with Kennedy for several months and she has me walking up to 4 miles a day. She is quite pleasant to work with, but has an ability to motivate me to work hard at rehab. I have been to a different rehab clinic in the area and I stopped going because the therapists did not seem to care and certainly did not motivate me to go or work hard. A unique feature of AZOPT in Gilbert is that every session is one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist—no aides or assistants. Most of my sessions have been with Kennedy, and she’s been fantastic. She listens, addresses my concerns, and adjusts my treatments as needed. I’ve made great progress thanks to her expertise.

The environment is calm and never rushed, and Kennedy always takes time to explain the “why” behind each movement. I feel heard, motivated, and confident in my recovery. I highly recommend AZOPT and Kennedy!
